Builder questions
What insurance do you carry?
$20 million public liability. We can provide a certificate of currency before we start on site.
Do you handle client selections?
Yes. We can take the client through selection ourselves, at their home or at the site, and report back. That takes the whole flooring conversation off your plate.
Can you work to a staged programme?
Yes. Multi unit and staged work is normal for us. Tell us the dates and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit them.
Do you do the subfloor preparation too?
Yes, all of it. Grinding, feather finishing, self levelling and ply substrate. Keeping it in our scope is what holds defect risk down, because we are not inheriting someone else’s preparation.
