What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this site we collect your name, phone number, and if you provide them, your email address, suburb and whatever you tell us about the job. We also record which page the enquiry came from and any source tag on the link you followed, so we know where our work is coming from.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry, quote your job and carry out work you engage us for. That is it. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to do the job, for example a supplier arranging delivery of your flooring. This website is hosted by Cloudflare and enquiry emails are delivered through an email service provider, both of which necessarily process the message.

Both of those providers run servers outside Australia, so an enquiry you send through this website may be stored or handled overseas, including in the United States and Europe.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and job records are kept while we may still need them for the work, for warranty questions and for our tax and business records.

Access and corrections

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email todd@directflooring.com.au or call 0411 591 125.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will do our best to sort it out. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
